<div>Position Summary
The Business Development Project Manager plays a key role in supporting the National Account Manager by managing the operational and project coordination aspects of strategic accounts and new business opportunities. This role serves as a critical link between internal departments &ndash; including Customer Service, Applications, Engineering, Regional Sales Managers, and Technical Support &ndash; and external distribution partners, contractors, and National Account Customers. The ideal candidate is process driven, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Support the National Account Manager in planning, organizing, and executing projects for key national account customers.</li><li>
Work directly with contractors and Intellihot&rsquo;s internal support team to organize installations, start-ups, and service visits.</li><li>
Process and track part orders for national account sites, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.</li><li>
Serve as a key point of contact for national account customers, providing updates, resolving issues, and supporting their needs from start to finish.</li><li>
Manage and maintain project pipeline accuracy within the company&rsquo;s CRM system, ensuring data integrity, timely updates, and visibility across departments.</li></ul><ul><li>
Help refine processes, tools, and communication channels to continuously enhance how we serve our partners.</li><li>
Maintain consistent communication with National Account Manager, clients and stakeholders&mdash;providing regular updates, documentation, and status reports.</li><li>
Coordinate and deliver all project closeout materials to national account customers, including startup documentation, training materials, warranties, and maintenance guides.</li></ul>
Qualifications
Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.</li><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in project management, account coordination, or client services&mdash;preferably within manufacturing, HVAC, or building systems industries.</li><li>
Experience maintaining CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ensuring accuracy of project and pipeline data.</li></ul>
Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with customers, technicians, and executives.</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.</li><li>
Process-oriented mindset with a focus on standardization and continuous improvement.</li><li>
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data reporting tools.</li><li>
Team-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
Salary Range: $65,000-75,000 per year
