Job Summary:
The College Success Center (CSC) Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and operation of the College Success Center at each campus. This includes the consistent oversight of on-ground and online student library resources, faculty resources, providing additional resources for student success, assisting students with conducting research, answering research questions, reading and writing questions and library resource assignment questions.
Essential Duties:<ul><li>
Provide support and guidance as it relates to college success for students attending programs at all campus locations</li><li>
Coordinate and keep track of campus resource inventory on a monthly basis for all campuses</li><li>
Stock vending machine(s) and track purchases at the Colorado Springs Campus</li><li>
Survey Program Supervisors and Directors of Education at all campuses to determine effectiveness of available resources and to gain ideas for additional needed resources</li><li>
Maintain subscriptions for magazines and periodicals that are housed in the on-ground CSC for all campuses</li><li>
Work with Directors of Education on all resource orders to ensure the campus budgets are appropriated accordingly</li><li>
Assist with planning and organizing campus and student events, including purchasing materials and setup for the Colorado Springs campus</li><li>
Develop and present training to faculty at all campuses as it relates to the CSC, with directive of the Corporate Director of Academics</li><li>
Work with Program Supervisors to introduce the CSC to new students and obtain acknowledgement from students to confirm they&rsquo;ve received their introduction to the CSC</li><li>
Assist students with computer literacy as needed and help with locating information through various online and physical resources</li><li>
Manage and complete campus print requests</li><li>
Serve as main PearsonVUE proctor and site administrator to include working with Program Supervisors to register, schedule, and then proctor all certification exams for the Colorado Springs campus<ul><li>
Maintain PearsonVUE testing center with all regulations and guidelines</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness, upkeep, and ordering of any items needed for PearsonVUE testing center</li></ul></li><li>
Attends all PAC meetings as to represent Learning Resources System representative</li><li>
Create and maintain a PearsonVUE testing schedule that coincides with hourly schedule for morning, afternoon, and evening testing times throughout each term and provide that information to Program Supervisors</li><li>
Assist in hiring and training all new proctors</li><li>
Attend and instruct the College and Career Readiness IT and CSC portions of the CCR curriculum</li><li>
Assist Program Supervisors with updating all curriculum binders as needed and as directed by the DOE at the Colorado Springs campus</li><li>
Update all campus bulletin boards and work with Student Success Coordinator to determine appropriate topics for each term for the Colorado Springs campus</li></ul>
Secondary Duties:<ul><li>
Collaborate with Director of Marketing regarding design and aesthetic appeal of CSC</li><li>
Coordinate and update electronic message board on TecLink for student and campus events as applicable for the Colorado Springs campus</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
The position requires medium work, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds while frequently lifting up to 25 pounds. Administrative work requires sitting for long periods of time, expressing complex topics through speech, sufficient vision to write notes and to make edits to documents, and hearing to interact with fellow staff. The worker is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions. This position may require occasional driving and/or overnight travel for campus visits and attendance of conferences.
Working Hours 
Monday &ndash; Friday, 8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Associates degree in Library Science, English, Education, Business Management, or related.
2 year of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a formal degree
Experience: 2+ years of experience in library management, purchasing, ordering or budget management</div>
