TITLE: Maintenance Technician B
 
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Operate in a safe and efficient manner to keep the machines running at optimal level.
 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul>
<li>High school graduate or equivalent</li>
<li>Good oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Basic mechanical knowledge and experience.</li>
<li>Basic electrical knowledge and experience.</li>
<li>Available to work overtime.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary</li>
<li>Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions</li>
</ul>
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
<ul>
<li>Compliance with company policies</li>
<li>Assist other technicians</li>
<li>Troubleshoot simple mechanical problems and make repairs. (Bearings, belts, pulleys, chains, sprockets, etc.).</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas</li>
<li>Follows established procedures including standard operating procedures (SOP’s), cGMP, food safety regulations, and safety procedures</li>
</ul>
WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION: 
<ul>
<li>Subject to extreme heat, temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour</li>
</ul>
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION: 
<ul>
<li>Stooping/Bending</li>
<li>Kneeling</li>
<li>Standing for long periods of time</li>
<li>Able to work from elevated heights over 8 feet</li>
</ul>
