Looking for a new opportunity? 

We are currently hiring an On-Site Project Manager for a major project based in El Paso, Texas. 
The primary responsibilities of an On-Site Project Manager include:
<ul>
<li>Coordinating material offloading, verifying deliveries against work order takeoffs, and organizing materials within the on-site staging/warehouse area</li>
<li>Planning installation pathways and coordinating efficient execution based on site conditions</li>
<li>Leading pre-installation briefings with installation crew to align on scope, safety, and execution plans</li>
<li>Managing third-party subcontract installers and maintaining strong on-site coordination throughout installations</li>
<li>Meeting regularly with general contractors to conduct safety briefings and ensure site compliance</li>
<li>Monitoring installations in real time to ensure quality standards and adherence to project specifications</li>
<li>Identifying and resolving deficiencies on the spot while maintaining a running punch list of outstanding items</li>
<li>Capturing site progress through photos and maintaining consistent field documentation</li>
<li>Attending and contributing to weekly meetings with GC project managers and key stakeholders</li>
<li>Coordinating site measures, product orders, and delivery schedules</li>
<li>Resolving day-to-day challenges including delays, site conditions, and installation issues common in commercial construction</li>
<li>Daily communication and updates to Inter-Co Project Management &amp; Sales Team</li>
</ul>
As an On-Site Project Manager, you will operate in a highly hands-on role requiring a consistent presence near the job site, with a dedicated project office.

<li>Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams</li>
<li>Proactive and direct communication skills in fast-paced environments</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Interest to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and schedule expectations</li></ul> 


What You&rsquo;ll Bring:
<ul>
<li>3-5+ years of experience in construction field roles</li>
<li>Exposure to large-scale commercial construction projects</li>
<li>Superintendent or site leadership experience is strongly preferred</li>
<li>Experience working with General Contractors is considered an asset</li>
<li>Background in wall protection would be considered an asset</li>
<li>Knowledge of safety standards and certifications (OSHA or equivalent) would be considered an asset</li>
<li>A valid state driver&rsquo;s license with access to a personal vehicle</li></ul>
