The candidate should possess excellent knowledge of the local market and a solid understanding of enterprise technology needs.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities across government and private sectors in Oman.</li><li>Promote and sell a wide range of IT solutions including:</li></ul>- IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, virtualization)- Cybersecurity (SIEM, NGFW, VAPT, Endpoint Security)- Networking &amp; Communication (VoIP, SD-WAN, Structured Cabling)- Cloud Services &amp; Data Center Solutions- Digital Transformation (RPA, AI/ML, Data Analytics, IoT)<ul><li>Manage the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and needs assessment to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.</li><li>Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Initiate new vendor partnerships and maintain strong relations.</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.</li><li>Represent InterTech in client meetings, events, and with global technology partners.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years minimum proven experience in IT sales in Oman (with valid references)</li><li>Strong understanding of Omani IT market dynamics and key industry sectors (e.g., education, finance, oil &amp; gas, aviation, healthcare).</li><li>Experience dealing with public sector entities and enterprise clients in Oman.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken), Arabic (preferable)</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Existing client base or network within Oman&rsquo;s government and enterprise sectors.</li><li>Familiarity with partner/vendor ecosystems (Cisco, HP, Microsoft, Oracle, etc.).</li><li>Strategic thinking and ability to craft customized solutions for clients.</li><li>High level of integrity and professionalism.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive basic salary with possible commission structure</li><li>Professional development and certification opportunities.</li><li>Health insurance and other standard benefits as per company policy.</li><li>Opportunity to work with industry-leading global partners.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
