4-starKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Generate new business opportunities for meetings, events, and corporate functions.</li><li>Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and issue detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).</li><li>Conduct site visits and property tours for potential clients.</li><li>Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local organizations.</li><li>Coordinate closely with F&amp;B, Front Office, Kitchen, and Operations to ensure seamless event execution.</li><li>Maintain updated sales reports, forecasts, and client databases.</li><li>Meet monthly sales targets and support pre-opening activities for our new meeting spaces.</li><li>Requirements:</li><li>Previous experience in MICE / banquet sales in 4-star hotels.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Professional presentation and excellent customer service attitude.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.</li><li>Knowledge of Opera PMS &amp; basic banquet sales procedures is a must.</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#65020;6,000.00 - &#65020;7,300.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Meeting and Events Sales: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>
