<div>Overview:

Job Purpose
The Senior Analyst will report to the Director/Manager of Tax Reporting. As part of the Corporate Tax Department, you will interact frequently with other members of the tax department and have regular interaction with Accounting, Treasury and operations finance staff on income tax accounting and reporting matters. 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Prepare quarterly and year-end tax reporting for global income taxes pursuant to ASC 740</li><li>
Coordinate with Federal, SALT, and International teams in relation to tax provision matters including gathering data and enter/review data in the tax provision software</li><li>
Prepare quarterly and annually FIN48 movement and reflect that in the quarterly and annual provision calculation</li><li>
Prepare tax related SEC reporting disclosures</li><li>
Monitor internal controls over income tax reporting processes (Sarbanes Oxley compliance) and provide necessary documents to both internal and external auditors to support Tax Department&rsquo;s SOX procedures</li><li>
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end account reconciliation and account rollforwards
</li><li>Prepare return to provision true up, deferred proof, and payable proof including preparing detail journal entries to reflect these true ups in the general ledger</li><li>
Prepare tax provisions for statutory financial statements or special reports for certain subsidiaries of the top parent company</li><li>
Assist with the completion of the annual R&amp;D tax credit study</li><li>
Assist with various ad hoc analyses and special projects as requested</li></ul>
Knowledge and Experience<ul><li>
Tax provision experience preferred</li><li>
Experience with OneSource Tax Provision (OTP) preferred</li><li>
Minimum 2+ years of U.S. Federal and state corporate tax experience, either in-house with U.S. multinational corporations or in public accounting</li><li>
CPA and/or a master&rsquo;s degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred.</li><li>
Proficiency in software applications, primarily Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>
Interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment is a must</li><li>
Ability to operate in multi-task and work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.</li><li>
Strong communication skills, including ability to make effective presentations.</li></ul>

Senior Analyst, Tax Reporting

Job Purpose
The Associate Counsel position will be responsible for assisting the ICE Clear Credit General Counsel with legal and regulatory matters such as corporate governance, maintenance of rules, policies and procedures, communication with Clearing Participants and filings with regulators. Strong written and oral communication skills are required. Conscientious organizational skills and careful attention to detail are essential. A proactive approach to new projects and reliable performance of ongoing responsibilities will be required. 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Assist with preparation, coordination and organization of materials for corporate governance (quarterly Board and monthly committee meetings), coordinate meetings and draft minutes, as appropriate;</li><li>
Assist with preparation, drafting, organization, filing and posting of notifications to CFTC, SEC and other regulators, as appropriate;</li><li>
Assist with maintenance and control of corporate rules, policies &amp; procedures;</li><li>
Assist with tracking of regulatory and corporate governance commitments;</li><li>
Prepare confidential weekly reports for distribution to Clearing Participants;</li><li>
Assist with negotiation of new corporate contracts and maintain database of all existing corporate contracts;</li><li>
Assist with monitoring industry regulatory developments;</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Knowledge and Experience<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree, JD and Bar Admission;</li><li>
2+ years of experience preferred.</li><li>
Work experience with clearing house, exchange, brokerage, regulatory agency, bank or other financial services company or law firm preferred;</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills;</li><li>
Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and work independently with confidential and sensitive information;</li><li>
Swaps, futures or derivatives experience a plus.</li></ul><div>
Illinois Base Salary Range</div><div>
The expected base salary for this role, if located in Illinois, is between $87,600 - 122,600 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange&rsquo;s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
