Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&amp;A) to join our finance team. In this role, you will provide analytical support, build financial models, and deliver data-driven insights to drive business growth and operational efficiency across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

<ul><li>Financial Planning and Budgeting:
<ul><li>Support budgeting and forecasting for clinics and corporate G&amp;A, identifying trends and variances to inform management decisions.</li>
<li>Assist with capex planning, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.</li>
<li>Collaborate with department leaders to develop accurate budgets and track performance against targets.</li>
<li>Prepare consolidated budget and capex reports for senior leadership, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li>Analysis and Reporting:
<ul><li>Analyze monthly corporate G&amp;A expenses and provide actionable insights to improve cost efficiency.</li>
<li>Prepare materials for monthly and quarterly board of director meetings, and monthly and quarterly business review meetings.</li>
<li>Lead monthly reviews of operational and financial metrics, updating operations leaders on budget variances by market.</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration:
<ul><li>Collaborate with operations, clinical, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure financial plans align with business objectives.</li>
<li>Partner closely with accounting to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across reports and systems.</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li>Performance Management:
<ul><li>Develop and monitor performance metrics for all clinics, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.</li>
<li>Assist in setting performance targets for each clinic and driving accountability through financial goal setting.</li>

</li></ul></div>Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.</li>
<li>Experience:</li>
<li><ul><li>4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong preference for experience in a multisite or multi-unit environment.</li>
<li>Proven track record of success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.</li>
<li>Experience with SQL, VBA, or backgrounds in investment banking, or PE-owned companies is a plus.</li>
</ul></li><li>Skills:</li>
<li><ul><li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Leadership experience with cross-functional collaboration.</li>
</ul></li>
</ul>Annual Salary Range of $110,000 - $125,000
