<div>As a <b>Mechanical Design Engineer</b> <b>I</b> at Interface, you will be learning the most advanced, high performance, and sustainable design techniques from discipline leaders on multiple projects. Your duties will include (but may not be limited to):</div>
<ul><li>Engineering/Design: Participating in the engineering and design for a wide variety of MEP building project types and sizes.</li>
<li>Teamwork: Participating as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and receiving guidance, support, task delegation, and mentorship.</li>
<li>Project Tasks: Responsible to project managers for scope, schedule, budget, and discipline coordination for assigned projects.</li>
<li>Client Management: Responsible for project task deliverables leading to client satisfaction and repeat business with assigned clients.</li>
<li>Project Financial Management: Responsible for containing project costs, working efficiently within assigned project scopes.</li>
</ul><div><b>What You'll Bring:</b></div>
<div>Required</div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.</li>
<li>0 to 2 years&rsquo; experience.</li>
<li>Ability to organize your work and perform multiple functions in a fluid, multi-deadline operations tempo.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively within a team-orientated, collaborative environment.</li>
</ul><div>Preferred</div>
<ul><li>Licensed Professional Engineer</li>
<li>LEED&reg; Accreditation</li>
<li>Working Autodesk&reg; REVIT knowledge</li>
<li>Working Trane&reg; Trace 700 knowledge</li>
<li>Knowledge of building codes and standards.</li>
<li>Experience with HVAC load calculations and duct sizing.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and time management skills.</li>
