Market Coverage and Penetration<ul><li>Follow the prescribed route plan and visit all assigned outlets daily</li><li>Make productive sales calls and achieve lines per day as per company norm</li></ul>Open new outlets and ensure all existing outlets are serviced regularly<ul><li>Ensure optimal market coverage (width) and product penetration (depth)</li></ul>Sales and Scheme Execution<ul><li>Achieve monthly sales targets and track progress.</li><li>Communicate trade schemes effectively to retailers and ensure eligibility criteria are met</li><li>Perform basic calculations to ensure accurate scheme implementation and retailer qualification</li><li>Increase counter share by upselling through upgrade value and cross-selling products</li></ul>Order Management Execution<ul><li>Ensure all orders taken are accurately billed and delivered to the retailers</li><li>Coordinate closely with distributor support staffs to facilitate smooth operations</li></ul>Retailer Relationship Management<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to enhance loyalty and sales</li><li>Provide timely resolutions to retailer queries and concerns</li></ul>Merchandising and Competitor Tracking<ul><li>Perform basic merchandising, including product displays and rack placement</li><li>Monitor and report competitor activities, including new launches and promotions</li></ul>Technology and Reporting<ul><li>Use the company's official mobile application for order punching, scheme tracking, and data updates</li><li>Submit daily market reports and sales updates to the Territory Sales Manager (TSM</li></ul>What do we look for at Intergrow?<ul><li>Minimum 0-3 years of experience in FMCG sales or a similar role</li><li>Experience with market coverage, trade schemes, and retailer engagement is desirable</li><li>Bachelor Degree preferred</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency in basic arithmetic for scheme calculations and eligibility tracking</li><li>Familiarity with using sales mobile applications and reporting tools</li><li>Ability to analyze market trends and competition</li><li>Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
