Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities1. Business Development &amp; Client Prospecting<ul><li>No cold sales, we already have the prospects. You will engage with Dubai-based EU &amp; Russian residents who are potential clients.</li><li>Represent Interiofy&reg; in meetings</li></ul>2. Client Engagement &amp; Deal Closing<ul><li>Conduct consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and budgets.</li><li>Present Interiofy&reg;&rsquo;s design concepts and services with clarity and impact.</li><li>Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate, and close client contracts.</li><li>Develop long-term client relationships for repeat projects and referrals.</li></ul>3. Interior Design Development<ul><li>Create mood boards, space plans, and 3D renders that align with project goals.</li><li>Select materials, finishes, and furniture tailored to Dubai&rsquo;s luxury lifestyle.</li><li>Collaborate with Interiofy&reg;&rsquo;s design and execution team for seamless delivery.</li><li>Ensure all designs meet brand standards and client expectations.</li></ul>4. Project Monitoring &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Oversee design implementation during project execution.</li><li>Provide feedback and guidance to ensure design integrity is maintained.</li><li>Communicate with clients and project managers to address issues proactively.</li></ul>5. Growth Strategy &amp; Marketing Support<ul><li>Contribute new business growth strategies targeting EU &amp; Russian expats in Dubai.</li><li>Support in creating social media content (design insights, cultural lifestyle, client engagement stories).</li><li>Participate in podcast-style video content to showcase expertise and strengthen brand visibility.</li><li>Share cultural and design insights to position Interiofy&reg; as the preferred choice for EU &amp; Russian clientele in Dubai.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>(EU) or Russian &ndash; must be currently based in Dubai.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.</li><li>Proven interior design experience (3+ years, luxury/residential/commercial).</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing high-end design projects.</li><li>Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Russian, French, or German or Italian is a plus.</li><li>Business development or client networking experience preferred.</li><li>Comfortable appearing in videos/podcasts as part of brand-building for self and company.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and culturally adaptable.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Attractive best in industry commission-based earnings for client acquisition and project closings.</li><li>Competitive design fees for project work.</li><li>Collaboration with Interiofy&reg;&rsquo;s in-house execution team for high-quality delivery.</li><li>Opportunity to contribute to brand growth and exposure through content and media.</li><li>A platform to work on prestigious projects in Dubai&rsquo;s luxury real estate market.</li><li>Long-term freelance collaboration with potential for regional representation.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 10 &ndash; 20 per weekLanguage:<ul><li>any of these languagues Russian, French, Italian, Spanish (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>
