Marketing &amp; Content Creator ( Kirkland, WA, )Ariid Group &mdash; the parent company of Ariid Group: Ariana Designs &amp; Interiors, Ariid Build &amp; Remodel, and Ariid Home &amp; Furniture and other partner companies&mdash; is hiring a part-time creative partner to support our growing design-build-furnish studio. This role can be shaped into one position or two complementary positions, depending on the candidate&rsquo;s strengths.We&rsquo;re looking for talent in two areas:Division 1: Social Media &amp; Video ContentFor candidates who excel in content creation, YouTube SEO, short-form videos, and on-site storytelling.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.</li><li>Create short-form videos (IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) and assist with longer YouTube content.</li><li>Capture on-site B-roll, behind-the-scenes moments, and project progress footage.</li><li>Film and photograph installation days, studio work, and design walkthroughs.</li><li>Work closely with our video editor to maintain a consistent, luxury aesthetic.</li><li>Write captions, engage with followers, and support overall content strategy.</li><li>Curate and edit visual assets for posts, stories, and thumbnails.</li><li>Assist withrecording in the podcast studio in the office- MarketHQ</li><li>Record content- with Ariana</li></ul>Ideal Candidate You&rsquo;re someone who understands YouTube SEO, social strategy, trending audio, pacing, and visual storytelling. You love capturing live moments, creating dynamic edits, and building a cohesive feed that reflects high-end home design.Division 2: Brand &amp; Marketing DesignFor candidates who are strong in graphic design, marketing campaigns, newsletters, and visual brand development.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Create branded visuals such as postcards, mailers, brochures, and presentation pieces.</li><li>Edit photos for portfolios, press submissions, and website features.</li><li>Support the team with newsletters, client announcements, promotions, and communication pieces.</li><li>Assist with landing pages, small web updates, and marketing collateral.</li><li>Prepare imagery and layouts for print and digital campaigns across all Ariid Group companies.</li><li>Organize and maintain a polished image library for ongoing use.</li></ul>Ideal Candidate You&rsquo;re a true marketer with a refined eye for design, layout, and brand consistency. You enjoy building campaigns, designing cohesive visuals, and supporting communication across multiple platforms.Who You Are (General Fit for Either Track)<ul><li>Creative, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li><li>Skilled in visual communication, composition, and storytelling.</li><li>Able to manage multiple projects with clarity and follow-through.</li><li>Interested in luxury home design and the emotion behind well-crafted spaces.</li><li>Familiar with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Lightroom, or similar platforms.</li></ul>Bonus Strengths<ul><li>Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or email marketing platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO and performance analytics.</li><li>Prior work in interior design, lifestyle branding, architecture, or real estate.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.98 - $35.00 per hourWork Location: In person
