Job Opening: Accountant cum Office Manager &ndash; Full-Time (Gurgaon)Location: Gurgaon Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 3 years preferredJob Description: We are looking for a responsible and skilled individual to manage our company&rsquo;s accounts and daily office operations. The candidate must have strong accounting knowledge and also be capable of managing staff and handling routine office tasks. This is a dual-role position reporting directly to the company owner/director.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and organize all purchase and sales invoices</li><li>Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping</li><li>Prepare and manage GST filings, TDS, and other tax-related work</li><li>Work on accounting software (Tally, Manager.io or similar)</li><li>Ensure all payments and receivables are tracked</li><li>Coordinate with CA and external consultants when needed</li><li>Oversee staff attendance, discipline, and daily performance</li><li>Assign and track office tasks given to team members</li><li>Act as the point of contact between the owner and the office team</li><li>Handle admin responsibilities like vendor follow-ups, petty cash, and stock checking</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong accounting knowledge with hands-on experience</li><li>Working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoice handling, and reconciliation</li><li>Should be comfortable managing staff and delegating tasks</li><li>Should have basic Excel skills</li><li>Must be proactive, responsible, and well-organized</li><li>Prefer candidates living in or near Gurgaon</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have in managing purchase and sales invoices?</li><li>Are you confident in handling GST filing and basic tax compliance?</li><li>Have you used Tally, Manager.io, or any accounting software before?</li><li>Are you comfortable managing office staff and reporting directly to the company owner?</li><li>What is your current monthly salary?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
