Role SummarySupervise and execute end to end work at multiple sites assigned by proper delegation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders within the defined deadlines.Duties and responsibilities<ul><li>Overseeing the Surveys for all the sites handled.</li><li>Supervising the Setting out/Marking - Interior finishes for all sites.</li><li>Preparing BOQ with quantity take off (preferably with specifications)</li><li>Prepare Work program/Scheduling of Project preferably in MS Projects.</li><li>Prepare / Review the Daily/Regular Site Reports with necessary progress pictures and report to PM</li><li>Handle/plan and delegate workers/charge hands depending on work requirement</li><li>Coordinate and follow up with several Trades on site - MEP, Mall, Landlord, Tenant etc.</li><li>Adhere and Monitor Safety/First Aid aspects on site - periodically</li><li>Report/highlight to PM immediately in case of any discrepancy on site vs drawings, emergency, accident etc.</li><li>Liaise/Follow up with Factory team for Manufacturing/Delivery of required Joinery Items - per project requirement</li><li>Attend site meeting with client along with PM to record discussions and prepare/act on points discussed.</li><li>Book time sheet of workers on a daily basis</li><li>Willing to work for extended hours, weekends, and night shifts - as/if required</li><li>Able to check as built quantities by subcontractors and submit report at time of completion of project for final account purposes</li><li>Prepare O&amp;M Manuals.</li><li>Assist and guide the team as and when required.</li></ul>Personal qualitiesWe are looking for a versatile Senior/ Site Supervisor in KSA who has the following experience, skills and personal attributes:<ul><li>More than 5-8 years of previous experience in the fit-out industry, ideally working with professional fit-out contracting companies as part of their in-house workforce</li><li>Engage, coordinate with and Lead supervisors if required.</li></ul>&middot; Successful track record of working on all types of projects. e.g. Hospitality, Hotels, High End Residential, Palaces, F&amp;B, Retail, Entertainment, Health, Education etc.<ul><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment</li><li>Very strong technical and execution abilities</li><li>Computer literacy on appropriate programmes (AutoCAD, MS Projects, MS Office, etc.)</li><li>Understanding of all trades involved in the fit-out process, including MEP</li></ul>We are looking forward to receiving your application for the position as Senior/Site Supervisor in KSA in case you meet the above-mentioned criteria.Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#65020;6,000.00 - &#65020;12,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>in Interior fit out industry: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
