Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong design sensibility, technical know-how, and a solid understanding of Dubai&rsquo;s design standards and regulations. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare client presentations and attend site visits as required</li><li>Develop design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and detailed drawings</li><li>Prepare architectural and interior design presentations and documentation</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors for materials and execution</li><li>Ensure compliance with local authorities and building regulations</li><li>Conduct site visits and oversee implementation to ensure design intent is met</li><li>Collaborate closely with project managers and clients</li><li>3D Modelling &amp; Visualization: Create detailed and accurate 3D models and renderings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar.</li><li>3DS MAX/ V-RAY or SKTECHUP, LUMION AUTOCARD experienced.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Dubai</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil engineering a related field</li><li>Fluent in English (spoken and written)</li><li>Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills</li><li>Must be available for immediate joining</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>UAE: 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Preferred)</li></ul>
