<div>
We have an exciting opportunity for a <b>Materials and Inventory Analyst</b> to join our growing team in Lakewood WA!</div><div></div><div><br>
This person will be managing end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics operations, including maintaining receiving schedules, processing receipts, ensuring vendor compliance with packaging and shipping standards and material handling.</div><div></div><div><br>
This position offers an hourly rate of $25/hr</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Maintain the Inbound Receiving Schedules.
</li><li>Ensure all inbound materials are receipted properly and on a timely basis in line with current processes and corporate guidelines.
</li><li>Work with Corporate Purchasing department to ensure accurate processing of inbound receipts following established company procedures and vendor compliance with packaging and shipping standards.</li><li>
When needed write PRR&rsquo;s written on any material that does not conform to D-13 packaging standards.
</li><li>Verify, process, and delivery all inbound purchased PDC materials. Ensure documentation is complete and provided to</li><li>
Finance Department for payment of invoices.
</li><li>Assist Supervisor with investigation of put away errors. Recommend changes to processes and/or corrective action.
</li><li>Rate and affix transportation charges to outbound shipments.
</li><li>Trace and expedite inbound and outbound shipments with various transportation carriers, preparing claims, and issuing credits for damages, shortages, and related items.
</li><li>Recommend the consolidation of orders to effect prompt delivery and economical transportation charges.
</li><li>Answer inquiries and correspondence in a timely manner pertaining to transportation service matters.
</li><li>Provide daily support to ensure all OIE, SIE, and Surplus are completed and processed according to company policy.
</li><li>Investigate all potential BRBOs.
</li><li>Use TOLAS and WMS to ensure outbound shipments are picked, packed, and shipped on schedule.
</li><li>When needed batch and schedule all outbound shipments.
</li><li>Support PDC Managers and Supervisors in ensuring all shipments are loaded complete and released on time.
</li><li>Maintain record integrity by performing inventory checks in the warehouse, to investigate and do root cause trend analysis on inventory discrepancies, making accurate inventory adjustments, processing inbound receipts, investigating receipt discrepancies, and performing various office related and reporting functions.
</li><li>Timely administration and processing of problem resolution reporting (PRR) based on established company policy and procedures.
</li><li>Promptly research and respond to requests from the Knoxville Accounting Center to resolve issues with vendor receipts both through direct communication and via the PDC Notifier system.
</li><li>Performs a variety of tasks to support the preparation of the detailed financial statements and the maintenance of various financial subsystems.

The Marketing team at International Motors is seeking a dynamic, future-forward and results driven digital marketing leader who thrives in building innovative solutions to strengthen Brand awareness, drive demand generation and support dealer enablement. The Individual in this role will be responsible for critical digital assets as part of our Marketing Infrastructure and will serve as the digital marketing SME on the team.</div><div><br>
This role will oversee several public-facing websites, drive the transition from traditional website engagement to innovative Agentic AI solutions, and manage our email marketing strategy and operations. The <b>Associate Marketing Director</b> will also be responsible for ensuring the effective use of marketing technology tools, while overseeing performance management and optimization across all digital marketing channels.</div><div><br>
Natural passion for customer-centric thinking, brand reputation &amp; consideration and actionable insights-based performance management is necessary to succeed in the role. Prior experience in Digital Marketing within the B2B Industrials/Heavy Duty Machinery/Transportation Industry with a focus on dealer/distributor network is preferred.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Own strategy &amp; operations for several website properties aligned with broader Digital Ecosystem.</li><li>
Lead ideation, design &amp; operational efforts for AI-first approach to drive effectiveness &amp; efficiency of website impact and value creation across multiple stakeholders.</li><li>
Build &amp; own the 3-year roadmap for Website Maturity evolution and influence/shape investment and effort needs aligned to the roadmap.</li><li>

Monitor website performance, user experience, SEO, and analytics to optimize customer journeys.</li><li>
Lead agency partner relationship for Website, eCRM infrastructure, and related MarTech tools.</li><li>
Serve as Digital Marketing SME on cross-functional and complimentary initiatives that have an intersect from a capability, integration needs, performance influence/impact standpoint.</li><li>
Partner with Marketing, Digital and IT teams to design and deploy new digital solutions powered by Agentic AI.</li><li>
Ensure smooth integration of AI-driven tools into the marketing ecosystem to enhance customer acquisition and retention.</li><li>
Own the email marketing strategy, operations &amp; performance framework in context to multi-channel Integrated Marketing campaigns.</li><li>
Define segmentation, personalization, testing, and automation framework &amp; operational tools to maximize prospect &amp; customer engagement and conversion.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry best practices.</li><li>
Evaluate and implement new tools that enhance efficiency, performance tracking, and customer experience.</li><li>
Evolve existing performance dashboards &amp; frameworks to align with Industry best practices and customer-first marketing activation.</li></ul>
Minimum Requirements:
