</b></p><p>Support the implementation of field-based humanitarian activities in areas of operation, with a focus on engaging affected communities and understanding humanitarian needs. The position involves conducting field visits, conducting interviews, coordinating with partners, and accurately handling activity-related information. The role supports quality implementation, reporting, and follow-up in line with organizational standards, policies, and operational priorities.</p>
<p><b>
Main Responsibilities:
</b></p><div><ul><li>Conduct field visits, interviews, and community engagement activities under the Protection/Restoring Family Links program</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support the identification and analysis of humanitarian needs and concerns</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate with partners, local authorities, and relevant stakeholders at the field level</li></ul>
<ul><li>Consolidation, management, and ensuring good quality of humanitarian information under International Humanitarian Law.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Contribute to the planning, monitoring, and reporting of activities</li></ul>
<ul><li>Contribute to and support the design and implementation of the projects, particularly in response to emergency situations</li></ul>

Main Requirements:</b></p>
<div>
<ul><li>University degree in social sciences, law, international relations, development studies, or a related field.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Minimum <b>03</b> years of relevant professional experience in humanitarian, development, or community-based work, preferably involving community engagement and coordination with partners or local stakeholders.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Familiarity with Protection principles and standards</li></ul>
<ul><li>Basic/advanced knowledge of managing databases.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience supporting project planning, implementation, monitoring, or reporting is considered an asset</li></ul>
<ul><li>Good knowledge of the local context is a prerequisite for this position.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience with international NGOs, the International Red Cross, and the Red Crescent Movement, and or multicultural contexts are strong asset.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Proficiency in computer skills (e.g., MS Office)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Fluency in English and Urdu is required, and knowledge of Pashtu/Dari is a plus.</li></ul></div><br>
