 Key Responsibilities

 Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO.

 Manage the CEO&rsquo;s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents in Arabic and English.
 
 
 </li>

 Draft, translate, and review internal and external communications.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Coordinate with school branch leaders, department heads, and external stakeholders.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Organize executive meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and inquiries.

 Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).

 Assist in preparing board reports and executive summaries.

 Ensure timely communication between the CEO&rsquo;s office and all departments.

 Requirements
 
 
 
 Requirements &amp; Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar senior administrative role.
 
 
 </li>

 Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong organizational and time-management skills.
 
 
 </li>

 High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
