Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sales Executive for FMCG tobacco products who can also handle cashier responsibilities. The ideal candidate must be currently based in Qatar and have strong product knowledge, customer service skills, and cash-handling experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Promote and sell FMCG tobacco products to customers</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure repeat business</li><li>Handle cashier duties including billing, cash handling, and POS operations</li><li>Ensure accurate daily cash reconciliation and reporting</li><li>Maintain proper stock display, rotation, and shelf availability</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and report shortages</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations related to tobacco sales</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries</li><li>Support showroom operations as required</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG sales (tobacco products preferred)</li><li>Currently residing in Qatar</li><li>Experience in handling cashier/POS systems</li><li>Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle multitasking</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>Valid transferable visa in Qatar</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Strong sales and negotiation skills</li><li>Accuracy in cash handling and reporting</li><li>Customer-focused attitude</li><li>Knowledge of Qatar FMCG market</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month

Job Title:Restaurant Manager (Arabic Restaurant)Department:Operations / Food &amp; BeverageReports To:Operations Manager / General ManagerJob Purpose:To manage and oversee the daily operations of the Arabic restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, high food quality standards, effective staff management, cost control, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.Key Responsibilities:Operations Management<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and quality food delivery.</li><li>Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.</li></ul>Staff Management<ul><li>Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff.</li><li>Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and ensure proper staffing levels.</li><li>Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and disciplinary actions when required.</li><li>Promote teamwork and maintain a positive working environment.</li></ul>Customer Service<ul><li>Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and authentic Arabic dining experience.</li><li>Build strong relationships with regular and VIP customers.</li><li>Maintain service standards in line with brand and hospitality expectations.</li></ul>Sales &amp; Financial Control<ul><li>Achieve sales targets and improve restaurant profitability.</li><li>Monitor food cost, labor cost, waste, and inventory levels.</li><li>Oversee ordering, stock control, and supplier coordination.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations.</li><li>Implement company policies, procedures, and SOPs.</li><li>Coordinate with support departments such as HR, Finance, and Maintenance.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine and restaurant operations.</li><li>Experience with POS systems and reporting tools.</li><li>Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Leadership and team management</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Customer-focused mindset</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Cost control and financial awareness</li></ul>Working Hours:As per shift schedule and operational requirements.Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month
