We are seeking a proactive and skilled Purchase Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be Integral to our procurement process, responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing cycle from requisition to delivery. You will work closely with various departments to ensure we have the materials and services needed to meet our operational goals.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Order Management: Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders (POs) with accuracy and speed.</li><li>Supplier Relations: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate terms, and resolve any issues related to deliveries, quality, or pricing.</li><li>Inventory &amp; Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels and work with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock is available and to prevent shortages.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all purchases, contracts, and supplier information. Generate reports on purchasing activities, spending, and vendor performance.</li><li>Market Research: Stay informed of market trends and price fluctuations to ensure the best value for the company.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with the finance, sales, and operations teams to align purchasing activities with company needs and budgets.</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>Experience: 2+ years of experience in a purchasing, procurement, or similar role.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).</li><li>Experience with purchasing software or ERP systems</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
