Job description:We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to oversee the daily scheduling, maintenance, and compliance of our specialized LPG tankers and cylinder distribution fleet. You will ensure safe, efficient, and fully compliant logistics operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and dispatch daily delivery schedules for LPG tankers and trucks to optimize routes and meet customer windows.</li><li>Coordinate preventative/corrective maintenance for vehicles and specialized gas equipment (valves, pressure vessels, piping).</li><li>Ensure absolute compliance with KSA Civil Defense, dangerous goods regulations, and local transport laws. Manage vehicle registrations and safety permits.</li><li>Monitor driver performance and GPS tracking. Support HSE with driver safety training and toolbox talks.</li><li>Act as the first point of contact for breakdowns or delays. Track fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vendor invoices.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: 3&ndash;5 years in fleet coordination/logistics, specifically within LPG, Oil &amp; Gas, or hazardous materials.</li><li>Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with gas vehicle components (pumps, meters, pressure valves).</li><li>Regulations: Strong understanding of KSA traffic laws and Civil Defense safety requirements.</li><li>Languages: Fluent English. Knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is a strong advantage for driver coordination.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Extensive &amp; through knowledge of Maintenance operations, testing &amp; commissioning of the fire fighting System &amp; pumps.7. Ability to manage the team of 2- 5 Helpers.8.
