We are seeking a skilled Joinery Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in estimating costs for bespoke joinery projects, including kitchens, doors, cabinetry, and interior fit-outs. You will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, liaising with suppliers, reviewing technical drawings, and supporting project planning to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery projects based on drawings and specifications.</li><li>Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.</li><li>Review technical drawings and project requirements for accurate estimations.</li><li>Assist project managers with budgeting, tracking, and reporting.</li><li>Ensure all estimates are realistic, feasible, and in line with company standards.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Joinery Estimator or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of joinery materials, processes, and costing.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation software (AutoCAD or similar is a plus).</li><li>Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in branding, digital marketing, lead generation, and market positioning within the interiors or home improvement sector.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies for furniture and kitchen cabinet products</li><li>Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO)</li><li>Generate qualified leads and support the sales team</li><li>Oversee brand positioning, product launches, and promotional campaigns</li><li>Coordinate with designers, sales, and production teams</li><li>Manage marketing budgets and campaign performance</li><li>Handle content creation, brochures, catalogues, and showroom branding</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in marketing (furniture / kitchens / interiors preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Experience in the UAE market is an advantage</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
