Carry out surveillance and guarding activities in IMC facilities, according to security protocols, to ensure the safety and security of all mission&rsquo;s personnel, assets and premises.</p>

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p>

Administration</b><br>
<ul><li>Responsible for security of people and property at assigned IMC premises.</li><li>Check and control that only authorized people and IMC-personnel are entering to IMC buildings. Inform and get authorization from the guard supervisor (at the office) and or Warehouse manager (for the main store) before granting access to unauthorized people.</li><li>Maintain a logbook and report any security related events to the guard supervisor.</li><li>Maintain records of IMC property moved to and from compounds to other locations and prevents property that leaves the compound without authorization.</li><li>Remain vigilant and within the assigned area.</li><li>Regularly patrol the assigned compound in accordance with established work schedule</li><li>Ensure all security lights are put on by sunset and off at sunrise.</li><li>Immediately inform the supervisor if things are missing in the compound and unauthorized entrance occurs.</li><li>Ensuring all doors of the buildings are closed and/or locked after staff leave.</li><li>Implement IMC security protocols as all times while on duty.</li></ul></div>

 The primary function of this role is to deliver the implementation of the WASH activities in the coordination and guidance of the supervisor. Deliver assessments, planning, design (preparation of BoQ, specifications, drawings), implementation, supervision, expansion/development, management of the financial, material, and other resources under the WASH and infrastructure program and administration of technical interventions.

   Prepare the selection, design, and implementation of sanitation systems in communities, health facilities, camps, and Schools, including excreta disposal, vector control, solid waste disposal, and drainage. It considers local conditions, resources, customs, and cultural norms.

   Prepare the hardware components of all the infection prevention and control (IPC) activities, including supervision, training, and non-clinical teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare and execute on-time purchase requests based on appropriate specifications and follow up on the use of materials, equipment, and supplies for intended purposes.

   Ensure SPHERE standards (both qualitative and quantitative) are considered through the program cycle and are well documented.

   Work closely with the Human Resources team for hiring and building the capacity of the national WASH team. Recommend and implement a capacity building/development plan for project staff based on documented capacity needs assessments exercise.

   Conduct training for the WASH staff on Water quality, plumbing, and data management.

   Prepare monthly progress reports according to donor standards and templates, internal reports, and MEAL reports for concerned sectors.

   Ensure gender and protection are considered throughout the project cycle, with women enabling decision-making around WASH challenges.

   Delivering WASH program implementation is linked to Health, Nutrition, gender, child protection, and MHPSS.

  Minimum Qualifications

   Typically, bachelor&rsquo;s degree, water and sanitation engineering, civil engineering, or relevant technical WASH specialization.

   At least three years of work experience designing and implementing water and sanitation systems in IDPs, refugee and migrant contexts, maintaining sanitation systems, and implementing hygiene promotion programs, including two years in a humanitarian setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  </li>
  <li>
   Two years of experience supervising contractors and interacting with international staff, partners, and donors.
  </li>
  <li>
   Field experience managing national water, sanitation, and hygiene programs in complex humanitarian settings, including emergency responses.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in a national emergency and early recovery phases, including assessing and delivering adequate water supply and sanitation interventions in humanitarian and development contexts.

   The ability to effectively analyze complex problems and suggest a solution that would have a positive impact.

Officer, Warehouse is responsible for supporting supervisor in:<br>
<ul><li>Implementation of IMC warehouse procedures by ensuring that existing practices, policies and procedures are in compliance with IMC Warehouse Manual and applicable donor and host country law requirements.</li><li>Ensuring all commodities are stored in their respective storage/warehouse and accountable for quantity and preserving good condition of items during storage.</li><li>Ensuring appropriate storage condition for all commodities, including temperature and humidity control, and isolation of dangerous goods and goods not fit for end use (i.e., damaged/expired goods).</li><li>Monitoring stored items shelf life and, where set by program, report against minimum and maximum stock level per item where defined, and alerting stock owners where required.</li><li>Reporting of any losses or damages of commodities, processing stock adjustments and alerting stock owners on discrepancies that should be investigated.</li><li>Maintaining a reliable, transparent and accurate stock records by item and project for all commodities transactions, standardized documentation, reporting, and control system. Ensure it is properly maintained and periodically verified.</li><li>Regular Stock Report updates.</li><li>Safe warehouse operations.</li><li>Maintenance of relevant handling equipment and availability of packing materials, cleaning materials, and protective equipment and supplies&hellip;</li><li>Supervising volunteers and casual labor working in the warehouse, as well as visitors. Set performance objectives for staff under supervision and monitors performance.</li><li>Reception of goods physical count (preparation of GRN) and Quantity Control processing with management assigned staff.</li><li>Quality Control, where assigned in absence of technical staff.</li><li>Ensuring that the proper stacking and organizing of stocks and optimizing the use of warehouse indoor/outdoor space.</li><li>Quality control over kitting/de-kitting/reconditioning/reconstituting operations.</li><li>Release of goods in line with approved Goods Issue Orders (GIOs). Support inventory dispatch tracking by documenting all dispatches from stock.</li><li>Ensuring that the items in the warehouse and outgoing dispatches are appropriately packed and thus reducing the risk of damage during handling and transportation.</li><li>Liaising with Logistics to organize the transportation of goods in line with authorized stock releases and preparing appropriate documentation to escort shipment (Waybill, etc.). Responsible for overseeing loading of commodities and documenting cargo handover to transporter/recipient.</li><li>Performing stocks checks and control counts, verification of any impact on items quality/end use suitability.</li><li>Participating in warehouse cleaning, disinfecting and making sure it is kept dry, well-organized and pest/rodents free, etc.</li><li>Performs other activities related to warehouse operations as indicated in the IMC Warehouse Manual or tasked by supervisor.</li></ul></div>

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p>
<ul><li>Maintain accurate and up to date financial records and documentation</li><li>Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources. Provide inputs on various internal and external reviews and audits, as applicable.</li><li>Process accounts payable and receivable, as applicable</li><li>Review incoming and outgoing invoices. Work with other finance team members to ensure that timely and accurate payments are made.</li><li>Track donor installments received thru the country office and works with senior Finance team members on collecting/following up on overdue donor installments</li><li>Prepare financial reports for review of regulatory authorities.</li><li>Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly/year end close schedule.</li><li>Prepare monthly account reconciliations.</li><li>Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances.</li><li>Assist with financial and tax audits.</li><li>Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.</li><li>Responsible for documentation and monitoring of internal controls.</li><li>Handle queries from the staff regarding travel and subsistence claims.</li><li>Enter vouchers in accounting software in a real time, including but not limited to keeping the records for receivables and payables accounts, recording employee&rsquo;s salary advances and subsequent adjustments.</li><li>Reconcile and review vouchers for completeness e.g. to have Requests/Purchase Order/Bid summary and other relevant supporting documents.</li><li>Prepare and process payment of local payroll and related allowances, taxes and benefits.</li><li>Build the capacity of the newly hired team members and regularly provide on the job training.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Typically, a 4-year University degree in Accounting or Business administration. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate</li><li>Typically, minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience, preferably in the humanitarian sector</li><li>Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations; experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles desired.</li><li>Proficiency with MS Word and Excel. Logistics Officer might be required to act as Asset Focal Point with below responsibilities<br>
<ul><li>Implement IMC Asset Management policies and procedures.</li><li>Responsible for the management of the assets in the respective field site based on the IMC Asset Management procedures.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring that every Asset and Attractive Item is logged, issued with unique IMC asset ID, assigned to Custodian and tracked in line with Assets Management procedures.</li><li>Documents all assets related transactions or status change.</li><li>Provide support to management in asset related duties.</li><li>Support management in the monthly reconciliation, based on information generated through automated Cognos Reports that all purchased Assets have been logged into the Asset List and financial information is accurately recorded per corresponding voucher backup documents.</li><li>Ensure that all Assets/Attractive Items under their responsibility are assigned to Custodian which is an active employee.</li><li>Responsible for documented handover to/from Custodian, in coordination with relevant departments (i.e. HR for newly hired staff/termination).</li><li>Provide input in the accuracy of Asset List information, status and Custodian on a regular basis.</li><li>Report to management team any items identified as missing/lost, for investigation (when reasons are not known).</li><li>Initiate request for asset maintenance where required.</li><li>Initiate request for appraisal and disposal of unusable items whenever reported.</li><li>Initiate appraisal of item requiring repair, and follow up until item is fixed.</li><li>Ensure item disposals are approved and documented, documentation shared with management for onwards communication to the Logistics Desk.</li><li>Support management to organize spot checks and full inventory.</li><li>Review list of items for insurance claim prior to claim submission and ensure claims have all required backup documentation.</li><li>Act on behalf of Asset department when tasked.</li><li>Performs other activities related to asset management as indicated.</li></ul>
