This includes responsibility for HSE compliance, contractor safety, employee engagement and training, team development and area financial performance. Additionally, the HSE manager may represent the mill and interface directly with community leaders and regulatory agencies. This position reports directly to the Mill Manager and is a member of the mill&rsquo;s lead team.<br>

</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 6 years&rsquo; experience in a broad range of manufacturing environments and forest products industry preferred.
