International School of Music is seeking a dependable and personable Program Coordinator to join our team. This individual will work passionately to support and inspire our community members, fostering a love for the arts through music instruction.The successful candidate will provide superior customer service to our base of regular music students and will take an active role in increasing its reach within the Washington DC metropolitan area. We are particularly interested in a candidate with management potential who will work to create growth with an expectation of long-term commitment and future rewards.Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate and maintain instructors' schedule and lessons, including student-teacher matchups, scheduling, and registrations.</li><li>Oversee our database to include reporting, attendance, and student records</li><li>Organize and host semi-annual recitals and other community performances.</li><li>Perform accurate data-entry into web-based database</li><li>Handle client walk-in inquiries, phone calls, emails</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Excellent people skills, positive attitude &amp; strong work ethic</li><li>Detailed oriented under pressure and tight deadlines</li><li>Strong organizational skills, and a commitment to follow through with tasks</li><li>Punctuality, ability to multitask well &amp; ability to handle fast paced work environment</li><li>Willingness to work as a team player</li><li>A continuous desire for personal improvement</li><li>Solid computer skills, including typing, email, use of database systems, web navigation, and MS Office</li><li>A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.</li></ul>Full time position: Wed/Thu 12pm--9pm, Fri 12pm--8pm, Sat 9am--4pm, Sun 10am--6pmCompensation: Commensurate with the experience ($45,0000).Benefits: 13 PTO days plus 6 holidays, health, vision, and dental insurance benefits, and 401kTo apply, please email your resume to info@ismw.org or apply online at https://ismw.org/job-application/Pay: From $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
