We are looking for a passionate and energetic School Facilitator with strong English communication skills and a positive attitude to join our dynamic team.In this role, you&rsquo;ll bring Activity-Based Learning (ABL) to life &mdash; creating fun, hands-on classroom experiences that spark students creativity, fuel their curiosity and strengthen their critical thinking skills.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Set up learning corners, materials, and resources for interactive classroom activities.</li><li>Encourage student participation, exploration, and collaboration through ABL techniques.</li><li>Observe and record student engagement, progress, and classroom behavior.</li><li>Support teachers in managing classrooms and maintaining a positive learning environment.</li><li>Participate in training sessions, workshops, and school events to enhance teaching quality.</li></ul>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Graduate in any stream (Education background preferred).</li><li>Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Freshers or candidates with prior experience in teaching or facilitation are welcome to apply.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;16,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
