Job SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with a strong background in the uniforms manufacturing/supply industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by generating B2B leads, conducting client meetings across target sectors (healthcare, hospitality, corporate, industrial, and education), and closing custom uniform supply contracts.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Business Development &amp; Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate B2B clients through cold visits, market research, networking, and industry leads.</li><li>Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement officers, HR managers, and corporate decision-makers.</li><li>On-Site Client Presentations: Present product catalogs, fabric samples, custom designs, and commercial proposals directly at client sites.</li><li>Requirement Gathering &amp; Customization: Conduct site visits to assess client uniform requirements, take measurements when needed, and coordinate sample approvals.</li><li>Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation, closing, order confirmation, and payment collection.</li><li>Market &amp; Competitor Intelligence: Stay updated on commercial trends, local market pricing, and competitor activity within the corporate uniform sector.</li><li>Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate specifications, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience specifically within the uniforms, workwear, or textile supply industry.</li><li>Language Skills: Fluent/Bilingual in written and spoken Arabic and English (essential for dealing with government bodies, local corporations, and multinational clients).</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Driver&rsquo;s License: Valid local driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>Skills: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, presentation, and closing skills.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Revenue Targets: Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.</li><li>New Account Acquisition: Converting prospective leads into active corporate clients each month.</li><li>Pipeline Conversion Rate: Percentage of qualified outdoor sales meetings resulting in formal proposals and signed contracts.</li><li>Client Retention: Securing repeat orders and long-term supply agreements.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
