 Key Responsibilities

 Contact potential or existing customers over the phone to present our products, address their doubts and questions, and drive conversions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information/feedback to increase conversion efficiency and improve our products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand users' pain points and help them understand why they should choose Internshala.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in team meetings, discuss user feedback with the team, and brainstorm ideas for optimizing the product and services.

 What will you learn?
 
 
 You will learn to be an effective communicator, develop product expertise, and build a problem-solving skill set while working in a collaborative, supportive, and friendly environment.
 
 
 CTC - 3.6-4.5 LPA fixed (based on the experience) + 3LPA variable
 
 
 Please note that for outstation candidates, we provide PG accommodation for the first 7 days and also reimbursement of AC-3 tier train fare for relocation.
