We guide them to make clear, confident decisions about their health.As we grow, we&rsquo;re looking for strong closers who can lead these conversations and help patients move forward.About the RoleThis is a remote, consultative closing role where you&rsquo;ll run Report of Findings (ROF) calls on Zoom with patients who have already:<ul><li>Completed diagnostics</li><li>Received a clinical recommendation</li><li>Expressed interest in care</li></ul>You are not cold calling. You are stepping into meaningful, high-stakes conversations where your ability to lead, guide, and close matters.Some patients are ready. Others need clarity, certainty, and trust.Your job is to help them get there &mdash; and make a decision.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Conduct 1-on-1 consultative video calls with prospective patients</li><li>Present and guide patients through $3K&ndash;$6K+ care plans</li><li>Navigate real objections (money, spouse, fear, hesitation)</li><li>Build trust while maintaining authority in the conversation</li><li>Secure payment (card or financing) on the call when appropriate</li><li>Track pipeline and call outcomes consistently</li><li>Occasionally follow up or re-engage past interest when needed</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Base: $30&ndash;$35/hour</li><li>Performance-based bonuses</li><li>On-Target Earnings: $100K-$120K+</li></ul>Top performers are rewarded.
