 The Jr. Global Trade Marketing Manager coordinates the trade-driven activations of multiple brands, ensuring timely delivery and execution. This role will partner cross-functionally across the organization interfacing with Global Marketing, Operations, and Regional Trade Marketing teams in total support of brand commercial success. This position reports to the Sr. Trade Marketing Manager.
 
 
 
 
 
 This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist with analysis in creating monthly recap (gather and analyze sales figures, follow up in gathering pictures of permanent spaces and animations/online activations).
 </li>
 <li>
 Under Senior Manager guidance, help curate retailer-specific presentations (specific launch calendar/retailer-specific programs) for Licensor presentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the GTM Senior Manager with the execution of Trade Marketing POSM initiatives driving trial and brand awareness overseeing regional allocation and timely sell-in
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the Creative Asset portal is up to date and organized consistently across all brands with commercially needed assets and direction
 </li>
 <li>
 Ownership in the handling and follow up of Creative Requests to ensure perfect implementation of activations in a timely manner as regionally relevant
 </li>
 <li>
 Point person in maintenance execution of internal price lists
 </li>
 <li>
 Run bi-annual Gift Sets and sell-thru analysis in preparation for upcoming assortment reviews with Global Marketing and Regional Trade Marketing partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as owner and first pass review at media and KOL proposals for brand approval as aligned to each brand strategy and target consumer
 </li>
 <li>
 As a support to Global Trade Marketing Team, analyzing sales and sell-in trends as connected to global commercial activations and strategic outlooks on the brand. Become an expert in brand assortment and pillar detail in efforts to propose new commercial opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the development and execution of specific Global Merchandising guidelines adapted to the relevant markets inclusive of planograms
 </li>
 <li>
 Primary contact in ensuring press and lab samples are requested, delivered, and shipped out as necessary to all global partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as key assistance in planning and execution of any annual events, seminars, and trade shows under direction of Global Trade Marketing VP
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other related duties as assigned

 Education/Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in trade marketing or commercial marketing
 </li>
 <li>
 Beauty industry experience highly preferred
 </li>

Junior Global Trade Marketing Manager

 Our growing company is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager - North America to act as a liaison between the U.S. and Canada sales teams, the Global Trade Marketing team, and distributors for a defined brand portfolio.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role is responsible for developing and executing differentiated marketing strategies across North America. The Trade Marketing Manager will leverage market data and analysis to inform business decisions and ensure marketing plans and initiatives are effectively executed in market.

 Responsibilities
 
 
 :

 Lead the 360&deg; cross-functional brand engagement strategy, managing the annual calendar of product launches and integrated marketing initiatives.

 Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with brand growth and commercial objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate closely with global operational marketing and sales teams to track product forecasts and availability of newness, promotion, and POSM to ensure successful launches.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional media, and client-facing activations and create media approval decks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor, adapt and optimize the mix of paid, owned, and earned media across the US and Canada, following KPIs across brand awareness, traffic, conversion, and retention to maximize ROI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage Pure Media Budget of assigned brands.
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce quarterly Global Marketing Activity Reports, analyzing campaign performance and recommending optimization actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop U.S. marketing initiatives across off-site digital and in-store retailer channels and oversee execution with cross-functional teams and external partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities, propose innovative initiatives/products, and drive sales growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with GTM, PR and Communication teams to deliver timely social media, digital, and training assets to U.S. retailers and distributors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage market-specific requests from distributors and U.S. retailers, including presentations, product launch materials, visual assets, and marketing toolkits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and implement regional merchandising guidelines tailored to local market needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Senior Trade Marketing Manager &ndash; North America in executing regional brand and commercial strategies.
 </li>

 Education/Experience

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in trade marketing or brand marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Beauty industry experience required; fragrance experience strongly preferred.
