Position Description</b></p><p>
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Strategic Insights Associate Manager to join our fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and evolving workplace. You will work closely with the agency teams including the Strategic Insights and client account team as well as Interrupt&rsquo;s Leadership Team to conduct deep secondary research, design and execute primary market research, develop impactful fact-based insights and contribute to game-changing strategic recommendations for our clients. This position is part of a growing focus for the agency and therefore offers opportunities for continued growth.</p><p><b>
Accountabilities</b></p><ul><li>
Work with other internal stakeholders to define process, approach and timelines to achieve discovery and insights objectives on Strategy projects</li><li>
Review, analyze, synthesize, summarize client-provided data, reports and presentations</li><li>
Participate in all aspects of qualitative research including; scoping, planning, discussion guides, scheduling and/or conducting interviews, transcript analysis, insights development and reporting</li><li>
Participate in all aspects of quantitative research including; scoping, planning, questionnaire development, survey set-up, fielding, analysis, insights development and reporting</li><li>
Actively leverage Interrupt&rsquo;s AI platforms in the research, insights and/or strategy development processes, developing a deep understanding of applications and uses</li><li>
Coordinate with and manage third-party data collection vendors and contractors</li><li>
Respond to internal and external clients' needs</li><li>
Maintain visibility of &ldquo;the big picture&rdquo; while working at ground level</li><li>
Find answers to hard questions, driven by relentless curiosity</li><li>
Embrace, respect and contribute positively to Interrupt&rsquo;s culture</li><li>
Support Interrupt&rsquo;s overall mission and follow all standards, policies, procedures and confidentiality guidelines</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in market research, marketing, brand or product management, or strategy consulting</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited institution</li><li>
Understanding of market research fundamentals is key</li><li>
Proven track record of framing ambiguous challenges and creatively leveraging different types of custom and syndicated research to address</li><li>
Demonstrated proficiency in secondary research</li><li>
Working knowledge of qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies</li><li>
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail</li><li>
Proactive problem-solving abilities</li><li>
Strong analytical mindset (and analytical proficiency) balanced by clear storytelling shown through effective oral and written communication skills</li><li>
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team</li><li>
Desire to be in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Demonstrated experience utilizing AI platforms in the research, insights and/or strategy development process strongly preferred.</li><li>
Experience with the building material/home improvement industry is a plus</li><li>
It is preferred that this position work full time in Sylvania, Ohio; Remote or hybrid arrangements may be considered for highly qualified candidates</li><li>
Ability to travel when necessary (less than 10% of time)</li></ul><p><b>
