Application &amp; Solution Ownership

</li><li>Support solution design, enhancements, and ongoing optimization of applications.
</li><li>Ensure application configurations align with business processes and governance standards.

</p><ul><li>Lead and manage application-related projects and enhancements end-to-end.
</li><li>Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource planning.
</li><li>Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring on-time delivery.
</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, vendors, and IT.
</li></ul><p>L1 Support Enablement &amp; Governance
</p><ul><li>Act as a mediator between Application Teams and L1 Support:</li><li>
Translate functional and technical requirements into clear operational instructions.
</li><li>Enable L1 teams to effectively perform day-to-day support tasks.
</li><li>Govern and oversee L1 activities including:</li><li>
User provisioning and de-provisioning
</li><li>Role assignment and modification
</li><li>Access control and permission enablement
</li><li>Account audits and compliance checks
</li><li>Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and playbooks for L1 teams.
</li></ul><p>Access &amp; Identity Management
</p><ul><li>Ensure proper implementation of role-based access control (RBAC) across systems.
</li><li>Validate user access requests against business roles and compliance policies.
</li><li>Coordinate periodic access reviews and ensure audit readiness.
</li><li>Work closely with security and compliance teams.
</li></ul><p>Integration &amp; Technical Coordination
</p><ul><li>Oversee integrations between:</li><li>
Oracle Fusion, Unifier, and Opera
</li><li>Third-party applications (HR systems, POS, CRM, etc.)
</li><li>Collaborate with integration teams to ensure smooth data flow and issue resolution.
</li></ul><p>Stakeholder &amp; Communication Management
</p><ul><li>Act as the single point of contact for business teams and application owners.
</li><li>Conduct regular governance meetings with L1 and application teams.
</li><li>Provide regular updates on system performance, incidents, and improvements.
</li><li>Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions.
