Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR department with various tasks and initiatives.Duties:- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process - Develop and participate in employee engagement activities - Ensure compliance with employment labor laws - Manage various aspects of human resources functions - Handle payroll processing and data collection - Participate in meetings including strategic planning - Utilize Paylocity for HR-related tasks - Assist with employee issues related to discipline, benefits, attendance, etc. - Manage social media presence related to HR initiativesQualifications:- Proven experience in interviewing and recruitment processes - Familiarity with employment labor laws - Strong knowledge of human resources management practices - Proficiency in payroll systems and data collection methods - Experience in workforce management strategies - Ability to work with Paylocity or similar HR software - Understanding of organization policies and HR principles - Skills in social media management for HR purposes-Willing to adapt schedule to work related requirements and community involvement activities-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to conduct professional presentationsThis position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic HR team, gain valuable experience, and make a positive impact on the organization.
