About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist with exceptional writing ability and a passion for translating technical clean-energy topics into clear, engaging content. In this role, you will support and help shape marketing initiatives across content development, social media, webinars, email marketing, and external thought leadership.
This position offers exposure to marketing operations within a global clean energy advisory firm and the opportunity to work closely with subject matter experts across solar PV and energy storage.
What You&rsquo;ll Do
Content Development &amp; Thought Leadership<ul><li>

What You Bring

System Administration &amp; Configuration<ul><li>
Maintain and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules (e.g., Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation,) to ensure reliable and efficient operations across North America.</li><li>
Support ADP Vantage Payroll, Time &amp; Labor and Benefits, including configuration updates, testing, and troubleshooting.</li><li>
Assist with system upgrades, patches, and quarterly Oracle releases&mdash;performing impact analysis, regression testing, and documentation.</li><li>
Manage security roles and user access ensuring proper governance and compliance.</li></ul>
Data Management &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of employee data across Oracle HCM Cloud, ADP Vantage, and downstream systems.</li><li>
Create and maintain standard and ad-hoc HR reports/analytics, dashboards, and data extracts.</li><li>
Monitor and resolve HR data issues, integrations errors, and audit flags in collaboration with IT and HR teams.</li><li>
Manage all new acquisition&rsquo;s data integration into Oracle HCM and ADP Payroll.</li></ul>
Process Optimization &amp; Support<ul><li>
Partner with HR business partners, COEs, and Payroll to identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system utilization.</li><li>
Provide Tier 2/3 support for HR system inquiries and troubleshoot functional and technical system issues.</li><li>
Support annual and cyclical processes (e.g., performance cycles, merit &amp; bonus cycles, year-end payroll activities etc.).</li><li>
Document business processes, system configuration, create Test Cases, Use Cases and training guides to support consistent operational practices.</li></ul>
Integration &amp; Compliance<ul><li>
Support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud, ADP Vantage, and internal/external systems (benefits, finance, recruiting, learning, etc.).</li><li>

<li>Graduated from related departments of universities (Preferably Food departments)</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in quality</li>
<li>Good command of English</li>
<li>Ability to use MS Office programs effectively</li>
<li>Customer-oriented</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Attentive, dynamic, fast learner</li>
<li>Decision-making skills</li>
<li>Residing in Istanbul European Side</li>
<li>Completed military service (for male candidates)</li></ul> 


 JOB DESCRIPTION
<ul>
<li>Organizing food and product safety and other (MAS, Traceability, Cage Free, etc.) audits in consultation with the suppliers of own-brand (OB) food and nearfood or brand food products within the scope of the audit, the audit institution and the audit team</li>
<li>To check the existence of GFSI certificates of suppliers of own-brand (OB) food, nearfood or branded food products within the scope of the audit, to monitor the currency of the certificates</li>
<li>Preparing Food Safety audit plans, filling customer audit plan formats</li>
<li>Following up audit reports, communicating audit results to the supplier, relevant category, own brands department, recording them in customer related files and customer digital systems</li>
<li>When necessary and within the authority of the responsible customer personnel, to make a request to the relevant category and master data operation department to define an order block to the relevant supplier for the suppliers whose work must be suspended due to the audit result</li>
<li>Requesting action plans from suppliers for nonconformities identified as a result of audits and following up on action plans</li>
<li>Provide technical and legal information support on Food Safety audits to suppliers and categories upon request</li>
<li>Checking audit reports</li>
<li>To follow the KPIs related to the project, to prepare weekly/monthly reports, to ensure coordination between Intertek and the Client.</li></ul>
