You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.Key Areas of Focus<ul><li>Identify and prioritize key customers/segments and prospects within the relevant target market.</li><li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth by leveraging technical capabilities of the team.</li><li>Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.</li><li>Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and potential opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, Lab representatives/SMEs, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.</li><li>Negotiate contract terms and agreements, ensuring favourable outcomes for both parties.
