Specialist Pediatric Dentistry (Arabic)

We are currently hiring a professional and motivated Administrative Assistant . The ideal candidate should have experience in a healthcare setting, with additional experience or knowledge in healthcare quality standards being a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:<ul><li>Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.</li><li>Schedule and confirm patient appointments using medical center software.</li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.</li><li>Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.</li><li>Order and manage office and medical supplies.</li></ul>Front Desk &amp; Reception Duties:<ul><li>Greet and register patients upon arrival.</li><li>Collect and verify patient information; assist with completing forms.</li><li>Confirm insurance details and process payments, if required.</li><li>Coordinate with healthcare departments to ensure smooth patient flow.</li></ul>Support to Medical Staff:<ul><li>Provide administrative support to doctors, nurses, and technicians.</li><li>Prepare patient files ahead of appointments.</li><li>Follow up on referrals, lab results, and documentation as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (required)</li><li>Experience in a healthcare or clinic setting (preferred)</li><li>Experience or familiarity with healthcare quality standards or quality management (required)</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)</li><li>Available to join immediately</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeLanguage:<ul><li>Arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>
