We are looking for an Internship Coordinator (Female Arabic) to handle and guide our Dental Interns. Healthcare background preferred.Internship Coordinator Responsibilities &amp; Duties<ul><li>Develop and maintain partnerships with potential internship providers</li><li>Coordinate and manage the internship application and selection process</li><li>Provide support to interns during their internship, including conducting orientations and arranging housing and transportation</li><li>Organize and lead workshops and events for interns, such as networking events and skill-building sessions</li><li>Create and maintain internship databases, program materials, and evaluation processes</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards</li><li>Provide regular reports to stakeholders on the progress and success of the internship program</li></ul>Internship Coordinator Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience working with college students or internships</li><li>Knowledge of current trends and best practices in internship program management</li><li>Experience with data analysis and reporting</li><li>Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or a related field</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in student services or program coordination</li><li>Excellent organizational and project management skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks</li><li>Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations for internship programs</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>
