 We&rsquo;re looking for a Data Analyst to help us understand how users interact with our product and turn data into clear, actionable insights. You&rsquo;ll work closely with the founder, product, and growth to answer questions like what drives conversions, what causes churn, and which features actually matter.
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Analyze product, usage, and revenue data to uncover trends and insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build dashboards and reports for metrics like conversion, retention, churn, and feature usage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Run cohort analyses to understand user behavior over time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigate funnels (visit &rarr; signup &rarr; paid) and identify drop-off points.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support pricing, onboarding, and feature decisions with data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate numbers into clear recommendations that non-technical teammates can act on.

 </ul>
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience working with product, growth, or revenue data in a SaaS environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong SQL skills and comfort working with analytics databases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with analytics tools (e.g. PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to communicate insights clearly in written English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking and curiosity &mdash; you ask why, not just what.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bonus: experience with A/B testing, experimentation, or subscription analytics.
