 The Executive - MRP is responsible for issuing Purchase Requisitions (PR) for stock raw materials, managing raw material fulfillment for non-stock and direct buy items, and following up on material requirements with the procurement team. Additionally, the Executive is expected to generate reports on projects and exceptions to ensure timely availability of materials in line with production demands.
 
 
 
 Requirements

 Conduct MRP planning on a fortnightly basis to determine material requirements accurately
 </li>

 Analyze MRP outputs and convert approved requirements into Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for stock items
 </li>

 Oversee raw material fulfillment for non-stock and direct-buy items to avoid production delays
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and maintain dynamic Reorder Levels (ROLs) on a fortnightly basis based on consumption trends and project requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of critical materials and proactively resolve delays or shortages
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with inventory control and warehouse teams to track stock levels and maintain optimal material availability
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the design team for BOM (Bill of Materials) revisions to maximize utilization of aged or excess inventory
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with store, design, and costing departments to open new item codes and ensure accurate master data creation
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and present reports related to material requirements, stock status, pending PRs, and fulfillment progress
 </li>
 <li>
 Highlight potential material risks and propose corrective actions
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in MRP planning or material management (manufacturing industry preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of MRP systems, inventory planning, and procurement processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Good coordination and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented with strong data management capabilities

 Deep understanding of wood surface treatment, coating systems, and aesthetic finishing methods.
