 GDNs on daily basis,
 </li>

 STNs on daily basis,
 </li>

 Pre-audit of the inward gate passes against purchase orders on daily basis
 </li>
 <li>
 Checking of Daily Sales orders and GDOs related to Factory
 </li>
 <li>
 Reviewing and ensuring updating the gate register entries in system on daily basis for vouching
 </li>
 <li>
 Filing and record keeping of audit data files
 </li>
 <li>
 Submitting daily log documenting gate movement to HOD
 </li>
 <li>
 Submitting daily and weekly activity report to HOD
 </li>
 <li>
 Stock taking of raw material as per audit plan
 </li>
 <li>
 Report discrepancies, exceptions, or control gaps to the Line Manager promptly
 </li>

 Support senior audit staff during audits and special assignments
 </li>

 Maintain confidentiality of audit information and records
