 The Assistant Manager - Production Coordination will support the Head of Production in managing day-to-day production operations, ensuring that production schedules are met, resources are utilized efficiently, and product quality is maintained. This role involves coordinating between various departments, monitoring production processes, and assisting in the implementation of best practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Production Scheduling: Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordination: Collaborate with production managers, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any production issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring: Track production progress and provide regular updates to the Head of Production, identifying potential delays or bottlenecks
 </li>
 <li>
 Data Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and to support decision-making
 </li>
 <li>
 Quality Control Support: Assist in monitoring quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Training and Development: Support the training of production staff on processes, machinery, and safety protocols
 </li>
 <li>
 Inventory Management: Help monitor inventory levels and assist in material planning to ensure availability for production needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the implementation of lean manufacturing practices and other initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 4-5 years of experience on production floor in a manufacturing setup.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in production planning, coordination, and data analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of machinery, maintenance coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred background in FMCG, Textile, or Engineering industry with strong problem-solving and coordination skills
