Job Summary:</p>
<p>
&#61607; To liaise between front office (Marketing/Business Development) and back office (Operations/Accounting/Compliance).<br>
&#61607; To be responsible for ensuring that relevant documentation are for establishing the relationship and processing the customer&rsquo;s transactions.</p><br>

Responsibility:<br>
&#61607; To assist Relationship Managers in handling the clients and their requirements.<br>
&#61607; To assist Relationship Managers in addressing the customer queries on Bank&rsquo;s product and seek solution to their requests<br>
&#61607; To perform other tasks as assigned by Relationship Manager &amp; GRM<br>
&#61607; Ensuring that all related documentations are processed in accordance with the Policy established and implemented by the Bank.<br>
&#61607; Perform, also working in a team, administrative activities related to customer management.<br>
&#61607; Pro-actively liaise with the customer in the management and resolution of problems and requests.<br>
&#61607; Ensure the quality of the work carried out, as well as compliance with the deadlines, intervening operationally in urgent transactions.<br>
&#61607; Ensure the proper management of customers guaranteeing internal compliance to the Bank's provisions for the regulatory framework as well as the Bank's other operating processes.<br>
&#61607; Support Relationship Managers in assessing the management trend and economic performance of the reference customer and activating the necessary corrective actions.<br>

3-5 years of relevant experience

<ul><li>Bachelor degree or post graduate in Economics/Marketing/Business/Law or related field
</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of documentation and operating processes</li></ul>
<ul><li>Good command of English and strong computer literacy</li></ul>
<ul><li>Good team player with strong communication and analytical skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Familiar with local laws, banking regulations and practices</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to understand market trends &amp; macro developments</li></ul></div></div></div><br>
