This temporary role involves preparing, scanning, and electronically filing sensitive paper documents with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate thrives in independent, repetitive tasks within a quiet, structured work environment and demonstrates a high level of discretion.Key Responsibilities:&#61623; Prepare, sort, and scan physical documents into electronic formats using scanners and document management software&#61623; Review scanned images for clarity, accuracy, and completeness&#61623; Accurately index and file digital documents for efficient retrieval and secure storage&#61623; Follow established confidentiality protocols and document handling procedures&#61623; Maintain proper organization of physical documents before and after scanning&#61623; Conduct quality control reviews and re-scan as needed&#61623; Communicate issues related to scanning equipment or document quality to supervisors&#61623; Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area&#61623; Perform other administrative or clerical duties related to document control as assignedAdditional Requirements:&#61623; May require physical activity including:o Lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds&#61623; Perform any other related duties as requestedQualifications:&#61623; High school diploma or equivalent required&#61623; Previous experience in scanning, filing, or office administration preferred&#61623; Ability to perform repetitive, detail-focused work with consistency and accuracy&#61623; Strong organizational and time-management skills&#61623; Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive materials&#61623; Proficiency with office equipment, scanners, and basic computer applications&#61623; Self-motivated and capable of working independently&#61623; Comfortable in a quiet, structured work setting with minimal distractions&#61623; Strong attention to detail; a precision-driven, orderly mindset is essentialIdeal Candidate Attributes:&#61623; Meticulous and process-oriented&#61623; Comfortable with routine and repetitive tasks&#61623; Focused, disciplined, and highly reliable&#61623; Thrives in a calm, independent work environment&#61623; Shows natural attention to detail and organizationJob Type: ContractPay: $22.00 per hourWork Location: In person
