We&rsquo;re looking for a Creative &amp; Motion Designer to help shape our visual identity across social platforms and beyond. This role blends graphic design, motion graphics, and social media creativity &mdash; perfect for someone who thrives on turning bold ideas into scroll-stopping content.What You'll Do<ul><li>Design original, visually striking content for social media posts, stories, and reels</li><li>Create animated graphics and short-form videos using tools like After Effects and Blender</li><li>Develop campaign themes, storyboards, and moodboards that align with our brand identity</li><li>Collaborate on website visuals, UI concepts, and digital layouts</li><li>Maintain and grow our social media presence through engaging and on-brand content</li><li>Contribute to branding, marketing, and visual storytelling strategies</li><li>Stay ahead of creative trends in design, animation, and social media</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Proven experience or a strong portfolio in graphic design, animation, and digital content creation</li><li>Mastery of tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Blender, and Canva</li><li>Deep understanding of color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and animation principles</li><li>Social media fluency: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.</li><li>Ability to independently brainstorm and execute fresh, compelling concepts</li><li>Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills</li></ul>Bonus Points For<ul><li>Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of UI/UX tools like Figma</li><li>Familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway ML)</li><li>Experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering</li><li>A passion for trends, aesthetics, and viral digital content</li></ul>Job Details<ul><li>Type: Full-Time</li><li>Location: Remote / Online</li><li>Working Hours: 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Indian Standard Time)</li></ul>Why Join Us?You&rsquo;ll be joining a fast-paced, creative environment where your ideas and artistry help shape brand experiences.
