Job Description Intratek Computer, Inc., an Irvine, California based company, was founded and incorporated in 1989 as a computer service, support, and networking firm to provide state-of-the-art customized information technology solutions for Federal, State and County agencies, as well as leading private commercial accounts. We have comprehensive experience providing IT support services, including hardware and software support, maintenance and repair, programming, professional staffing, networking, web design and development, and helpdesk implementation and management. Intratek Computer, Inc. is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to support us in Louisville, CO. Desktop Support Technician Onsite in Louisville, CO Contract First Shift 8am-4:30pm Start ASAP Medical benefits Paid vacation Paid holidays Minimum/General Experience: 2+ years experience in hardware troubleshooting Jira Ticketing System (preferred) Executive support is preferred. Education: Associate degree in computer science. (preferred) Educational/Experience Equivalency: A high school diploma with a combination of professional certifications may be substituted for experience and/or education. Functional Responsibility: Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming IT support requests for assistance from end-users experiencing problems. Collects and enters accurate data into the Call Center ticketing software. Provide support of hardware, peripherals, and network access, as well as office productivity applications such as the Microsoft&rsquo;s suite of products, client-unique software applications, and email. Monitor voicemail, email, and related information sources for support inquiries. Provide basic administration of computer accounts and passwords. Provide problem resolution through research, isolation, and recognition for routine end-user problems. Perform Hardware troubleshooting.
