<div><p>As the <b>OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) </b>you will escort un-cleared personnel into areas and monitor un-cleared personnel while performing work. You will log in and out all LN/OCN contractors and count personnel before and after they perform duties; notify appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.<br>

</li><li>Notify Project/Site Manager and the Safety staff as soon as possible of unsafe working conditions.
</li><li>Ensure proper housekeeping practices are strictly adhered to.
</li><li>Maintains an alert state of readiness and is prepared to properly respond to any situation that may occur; alerts appropriate personnel of any suspicious behaviors or comments of LN/OCNs.

OCN Monitor/Escort Lead Dispatcher

<div><p>As the <b>Lodging Manager, </b>the person will manage Lodging/Linen Exchange ensuring successful lodging functions inclusive of reservations, check in, check out, linen exchange, building and room preventative maintenance inspections, inventory, restocking, safety inspections, general maintenance and cleaning and all related tasks.

Lodging Manager

<div><p>As the <b>Equipment Maintenance and Operation Manager </b>, you shall have a minimum of five (5) years&rsquo; experience in commercial kitchen industry maintenance &amp; repair. Shall be certified technician able to perform maintenance in the work to be performed which may include one of the following: Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Certifications must be current and valid. Equipment Maintenance & Ops Manager

<div><p>As the <b>O&amp;M Technician </b>, you will perform maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring knowledge in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, HVAC and electrical work.
