Position Summary</b></p><p>
The Quality Control (QC) Inspector is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance through incoming, in-process, and final inspections. This role focuses on verifying PCB assemblies, including component placement, polarity, and solder quality, in accordance with IPC-A-610 standards. The QC Inspector plays a key role in identifying and escalating quality issues while supporting production and quality teams to maintain high standards.</p>
Requirements:
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Perform incoming (receiving), in-process, and final product inspections</li><li>
Approve first articles to ensure compliance with specifications</li><li>
Inspect PCB assemblies for proper component placement, polarity, and solder quality (through-hole and SMT)</li><li>
Verify products meet IPC-A-610 and internal quality standards</li><li>
Document inspection results accurately in the QC database</li><li>
Identify and escalate quality issues to management</li><li>
Provide support in investigating and resolving quality concerns</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment</li><li>

Required Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
2+ years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment</li><li>
Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards (certification preferred)</li><li>
Experience inspecting PCB assemblies, including SMT and through-hole components</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret bills of materials (BOMs), drawings, and specifications</li><li>
Experience using measuring and inspection tools (e.g., calipers, microscopes, gauges)</li><li>
Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
