 OCN/LN Monitor (Escort)
 
 you will escort un-cleared personnel into areas and monitor un-cleared personnel while performing work. You will log in and out all LN/OCN contractors and count personnel before and after they perform duties; notify appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.
 
 
 
 Essential Job Functions
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Performs a wide range of Local National/Other Country National (LN/OCN) escorting coverage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Makes contact with LN/OCN personnel at designated entry facility after they are processed for entry and receive their exchange badges; providing and briefing them on rules and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Escorts LN/OCN personnel until daily work is completed, the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure LN/OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband items (i.e. weapons, drugs, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain sight of all vehicles and personnel when performing LN/OCN escort duties. Provide for safety and welfare of oneself and escorted personnel (such as evacuating to protective shelter in case of attack).
 </li>
 <li>
 Notify Project/Site Manager and the Safety staff as soon as possible of unsafe working conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper housekeeping practices are strictly adhered to.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains an alert state of readiness and is prepared to properly respond to any situation that may occur; alerts appropriate personnel of any suspicious behaviors or comments of LN/OCNs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs other duties as assigned.

 Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa at host nation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
 </li>

 Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.

 As the
 
 Lodging Manager,
 
 the person will manage Lodging/Linen Exchange ensuring successful lodging functions inclusive of reservations, check in, check out, linen exchange, building and room preventative maintenance inspections, inventory, restocking, safety inspections, general maintenance and cleaning and all related tasks.
 
 
 
 Essential Job Functions
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Shall oversee and participate in providing linen exchange services at the Lodging Main Office for personnel checking in and out.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilizing Government Lodging Software shall check personnel in and out of assigned rooms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide training to all employees on Government provided software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage accountability and bed space assignments provided from Customer transactions, First Sergeant room rosters, and the results of room occupancy validations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain bed down database with a minimum of required data inclusive of individual&rsquo;s name, rank, gender, branch of service, arrival/departure date, and building/room number assignment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Accomplish daily occupancy checks of all vacant rooms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide accurate rosters and other pertinent data to the Government upon request.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain adequate key and door code control for all Lodging facilities with no more than one (1) discrepancy quarterly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide at least one (1) central lodging processing point for checking personnel in and out.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain 100 percent room/Customer accountability and provide 24 hours a day / 7 days a week locator service. Must maintain accurate lodging data with no more than four (4) discrepancies allowed per month.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the linen exchange with a workload of an average of 285 linen sets per day.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must ensure linen exchange can provide an immediate exchange of 325 individuals per hour and sustain such volume for 2 hours.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform DVQ services inclusive of making beds, cleaning DVQ rooms as required, restocking refrigerators with water and other duties.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure collection of all linen in all transient tents, transient rooms, and DVQ rooms. Items collected are delivered to the linen collection point.
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties as assigned by Site Manager in support of any aspect of the mission.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Education &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High School diploma or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must maintain access to workload data and sensitive information from 386 LAN.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be knowledgeable of CQMAPs software and capable of training all employees in accurate use of software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in supervising and managing DOD or comparable lodging.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in hospitality and services management industry as well as aseptic cleaning procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be capable of resolving customer complaints in a professional manner and deescalating customer conflict using active listening, empathy and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be effective in data management inclusive but not limited to data accuracy, security, and accessibility.
