Intrepid Solutions has an opening for a Senior Program Analyst position in Alexandria, VA. This position supports our US Army TENCAP client, to help enable the Army rapidly exploit and influence national capabilities and architectures.</div>
Responsibilities:
<div>
The Senior Program Analyst shall:</div><ul><li>
Perform analysis, evaluation and make recommendations on all aspects of planning, programing, and budgeting for TENCAP initiatives.
</li><li>Apply knowledge in acquisition, program and budgetary laws, policies, and regulations, to TENCAP projects and programs.
</li><li>Provide draft plans and recommendations on program cost analysis, annual/multi-year, and long-range fiscal planning. This includes Program Objective Memorandum (POM) briefs; Procurement &amp; Research; Development, Test and Evaluation Forms (P&amp;R) forms; Acquisition Program Baseline Briefings (APBBs); and other acquisition strategy and planning documents.
</li><li>Prepare for acquisition milestone reviews and Milestone Decision Authority (MDA) reviews.
</li><li>Develop and staff Acquisition Decision Memoranda (ADM).
</li><li>Provide input and recommendations regarding the efficiency and effectiveness of acquisition programs and provide assessments that will support the PdM TENCAP's major milestone decisions and mission resourcing.
</li><li>Develop, staff, and archive interagency agreements, Memoranda of Understanding, and Memoranda of Agreement.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:</b></div><ul><li>
This position anticipates standard work hours, Monday-Friday.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
TRAVEL:</b></div><ul><li>
Limited or minimal travel expected.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

 <b>CLEARANCE:</b></div><ul><li>
Active TS/SCI clearance required.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
EDUCATION:</b></div><ul><li>
Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree + 8 years of work experience OR 12 years of work experience</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
CERTIFICATION(S):</b></div><ul><li>
DAU Level III certification in Program Management, or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification recommended.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:</b></div><ul><li>
15+ years of demonstrated experience providing in applying the requirements of DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02 to DoD Acquisition programs / projects throughout the acquisition lifecycle, with full understanding and application of acquisition strategy, work breakdown structure, integrated master schedule, program planning, budget execution, systems engineering, and logistics.</li></ul><br>
