The Business Applications Analyst III &ndash; Workflow &amp; Automation Platforms will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and technical support of assigned applications and processes within our organization, including analyzing and optimizing operational processes. Your primary objective will be to develop business requirements, implement technical solutions based on business requirements, and provide technical support on assigned applications.</div></div><div></div><div><div><br>
As a Business Application Analyst III, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, optimizing applications, implementing technology solutions to drive organizational improvement, ensuring the security of applications, and enhancing overall productivity within the organization. Responsibilities</div></div><div><ul><li><div>
Analyze Applications &amp; Processes: Conduct thorough evaluations of existing applications and business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Business Requirements: Work with key stakeholders to develop business requirements and translate those requirements into technical requirements.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Change Management: Ensure change management process is followed including evaluating risk of the change, appropriate testing of the change, and effective communication with business users.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other IT teams and business departments, to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for process enhancements.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Documentation: Create detailed documentation for applications including process maps, flowcharts, diagrams, user guides, and technical guides.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Implementation: Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of new technology solutions and changes to existing technology services, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation, increase efficiencies, and enable business growth.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Performance Measurement: Establish performance benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of applications and identify trends to develop actionable insights.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Project Lead: Serve as project lead for small to medium sized technical projects.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly engage with business stakeholders for assigned applications including leading regular user group meetings and ensuring user feedback is added for future improvements.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Technical Management: Provide advanced technical support and subject matter expertise (SME) for assigned applications.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Testing: Develops, documents, and maintains user acceptance test scripts; performs user acceptance and other functional tests; and assists tracking and coordinating user acceptance testing.</div></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><div>
Training and Documentation: Creates training materials, user guides, SOP&rsquo;s, KB&rsquo;s, and process documentation to ensure standardized workflow practices and support organizational knowledge sharing.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Vendor Coordination- Establish good working relationship with vendors and escalate to these vendors as needed for technical resolution and project implementation.</div></li></ul></div><div></div><div><div><br>
Required Qualifications</div></div><div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, operations management, or a related field.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
4+ years experience as a Business Application Analyst or similar role.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
4+ years experience in a hands-on technical role supporting and implementing workflow and automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, Pipefy, or other comparable workflow tools.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
4+ years experience providing Tier 2/3 hands-on application technical support.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Strong technical knowledge and ability to own a technical issue until resolution.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Strong documentation skills including experience creating application knowledge base articles, diagrams, and guides for technical staff and end-users.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and vendors.</div></li><li><div>

As the Associate General Counsel, FERC Compliance, you will provide professional legal advice, counsel, support and guidance to Invenergy&rsquo;s business operations, focused primarily on the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (&ldquo;FERC&rdquo;) regulatory interests of the company as related to its generation and transmission portfolios across the United States. In addition, you will serve a critical function within the legal group, providing input and oversight on various strategic and legal operations initiatives.</div><div></div><div>
Responsibilities</div><ul><li><div>
Providing legal and strategic advice primarily on FERC regulatory, compliance and enforcement matters supporting the Company&rsquo;s transmission and generation compliance, project management, regulatory and operations teams.</div></li><li><div>
Managing and maintaining a network of relationships with external counsel on matters relating to regulatory and compliance matters.</div></li><li><div>
Supporting internal regulatory personnel via expertise borne of prior experience with state and/or federal regulatory matters, including representation around electric and/or gas issues before state public utility commissions, regional transmission organizations and the FERC.</div></li><li><div>
Supporting internal and external teams in: (a) preparing applications, compliance filings, briefs, motions, appeals, legal summaries and other documents as required and (b) preparing filings before FERC, regional transmission organizations and/or state public utility commissions and other government bodies related to project purchase and sale, permits, financing and other operating project and/or corporate compliance matters.</div></li><li><div>
Supporting key Invenergy departments through the distillation and presentation of complex legal matters, including from agencies, courts and other regulatory bodies.</div></li><li><div>
Serving on standing and ad hoc strategic committees and forums within the company, as needed.</div></li><li><div>
Assisting with other general legal matters and various corporate transactions as they arise, and other matters of interest to the company.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Requirements</div><ul><li><div>
JD degree and active license to practice law.</div></li><li><div>
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience required, preferably with a mix of law firm, agency and/or in-house experience and/or experience representing clients before the FERC or on FERC Staff.</div></li><li><div>
Energy industry experience required.</div></li><li><div>
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills (both oral and written).</div></li><li><div>
High attention to detail.</div></li><li><div>
