We pride ourselves on collaboration, innovation, and delivering tailor-made solutions that help our clients succeed.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Drive sales of ERP (particularly Odoo), mobile apps, and websites.</li><li>Develop and maintain client relationships across the enterprise and SME sectors.</li><li>Generate and convert leads&mdash;focus on closing deals quickly.</li><li>Meet strategic sales targets by utilizing consultative and solution-based selling approaches.</li><li>Provide demos, proposals, and negotiate contracts.</li><li>Collaborate internally with delivery teams to ensure customer success.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Omani Nationality is required.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of one year of experience in IT and Software sales or account management.</li><li>Experience selling ERP, web/mobile solutions, or cybersecurity offerings.</li><li>Strong communication (English; Arabic an asset) and negotiation skills.</li><li>Local network and understanding of Omani market dynamics preferred.</li><li>Self-starter with a consultative, solution-selling approach.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission or bonuses.</li><li>Career progression within a growing regional team.</li></ul>Send CV to hr@invent.solutionsor WhatsApp 99208256Job Type: Full-timePay: RO400.000 - RO600.000 per month
