Title: Lead Software Engineer / Technical LeadLocation: Bahria Town, Lahore Timing: 2 PM &ndash; 11 PMRole OverviewWe are hiring a hands-on Lead Software Engineer / Technical Lead to guide our engineering teams, drive system architecture decisions, and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade SaaS platforms. You will bridge engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality output, long-term platform scalability, and disciplined execution across products such as SolvPro.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership<ul><li>Lead system architecture and design decisions for scalable SaaS platforms</li><li>Enforce clean code, modular architecture, and engineering best practices</li><li>Drive backend, frontend, and API-first solutions</li><li>Ensure system reliability, performance, and technical quality</li><li>Guide teams on architectural patterns and standards</li></ul>Team Leadership<ul><li>Mentor, guide, and grow engineering teams</li><li>Conduct technical reviews and coaching sessions</li><li>Support skill development and career growth of developers</li><li>Foster a culture of quality, ownership, and collaboration</li></ul>Platform, DevOps &amp; Infrastructure Alignment<ul><li>Manage Git workflows, branching strategies, and version control discipline</li><li>Coordinate deployments across Ubuntu/Linux servers, cloud infrastructure, and AWS environments</li><li>Ensure Dev/Staging/Production environment separation</li><li>Support CI/CD processes and release governance</li></ul>Experience Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5+ years in software project or technical leadership roles</li><li>Proven experience managing SaaS platforms or enterprise-grade systems</li><li>Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum frameworks</li><li>Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams</li><li>Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage complex system dependencies in multi-product environments</li></ul>Technical &amp; Process KnowledgeDelivery &amp; Process<ul><li>Agile/Scrum frameworks, sprint planning, roadmapping, and release planning</li><li>Risk management, dependency mapping, and stakeholder communication</li></ul>Technical Awareness<ul><li>SaaS architecture fundamentals, API-first systems, and modular design</li><li>Multi-tenant platforms</li><li>Conceptual understanding of DevOps and CI/CD lifecycle</li></ul>Professional Attributes<ul><li>Strong leadership presence with high ownership and accountability</li><li>Structured, analytical thinking with sound decision-making</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and conflict resolution skills</li><li>Process-driven and delivery-focused mindset</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
