We are seeking a Logistics Executive to manage appointment-based deliveries and ensure efficient supply chain operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and track appointment-based deliveries.</li><li>Optimize routes and logistics costs.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouses, transporters, and internal teams.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.</li><li>Handle RTO (Return to Origin) processes.</li><li>Manage B2B &amp; e-commerce logistics (Flipkart, Reliance, Quick Commerce, etc.) and ensure SLA adherence.</li><li>Prepare MIS reports (Excel mandatory) and analyze logistics performance.</li><li>Resolve delivery-related customer and stakeholder issues.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of logistics, appointment deliveries &amp; B2B e-commerce.</li><li>Strong MS Excel &amp; reporting skills.</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving ability.</li><li>Understanding of RTO &amp; delivery tracking.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in logistics/supply chain (FMCG/food preferred).</li><li>E-commerce logistics exposure is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
