 This role supports end-to-end digital operations and campaigns by assisting with data analysis, optimization, and cross-department coordination to ensure smooth and effective execution.  Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support growth consulting and audit activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Take an active role in AI-driven projects across data collection, analysis, and reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform basic optimization and data tracking in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor SEO metrics and propose improvements
 </li>
 <li>
 Create reports and actionable insights using GA4 and other data visualization tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate between departments and contribute to smooth execution of operational workflows
 </li>
 <li>
 Track campaign and sales performance, analyze KPIs, and share results with internal and external stakeholders
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Min 2-3 year of experience, preferably in digital or tech industries
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred in fields such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS etc.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience in developing AI-driven automation workflows and projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Willing to learn basic operational tasks across different departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work with SQL and databases is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira)
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of English
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio)
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuous learning mindset and curiosity about new technologies
 </li>
